Technology Agency announces new Assistant Secretary

The California Technology Agency announced a new member of their leadership team today.

Christine Lally has been appointed to serve as Assistant Secretary for Legislation and Communications at the California Technology Agency. Christine joins the Agency after having most recently served as Deputy Secretary of Legislative Affairs for the State and Consumer Services Agency. Before that she was Director of Government Affairs and Constituency Outreach for the Office of the Lieutenant Governor from 2007 to 2010. From 2004 to 2007, she served as campaign manager for the Garamendi for Lieutenant Governor campaign and as special appointments assistant in the Office of Governor Gray Davis from 1999 to 2003. Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government-journalism at California State University, Sacramento.
