The Technology Services Board (TSB) yesterday approved the Mid-Year Rate Package that will save OTech customers $17.4 Million, including $4.4 million in FY 2010-11 and $13 million in FY 2011-12.
By increasing efficiencies and reducing overhead costs for services such as storage, email and mainframe CPU, the Office of Technology Services (OTech) is able to achieve the savings and pass them on to customers.

Over the last 5 years OTech has reduced rates by more than $75 million, not including yesterday’s rate package.

The new rates go into effect today.
